1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" means the fiv444 website accessible at fiv444.bet and any associated mobile interfaces. "Account" means a registered user account on the fiv444 Platform. "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by fiv444 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it qualifies for withdrawal. "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register an account with fiv444, you must:

• Be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.
• Not be self-excluded from fiv444 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of fiv444 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.

fiv444 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any point during the account lifecycle. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fiv444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fiv444 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that result from your failure to safeguard your credentials. All account activity — including bets placed and deposits made — is attributed to the registered account holder. fiv444 employs OTP verification on new device logins and automatic session timeout on prolonged inactivity as security measures, but these do not replace your personal responsibility to secure your account.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

fiv444 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit is ৳200. fiv444 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. If a deposit is not credited within 60 minutes, you should contact fiv444 support with your transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours from the time the request is approved by fiv444's payments team. During peak periods — including major cricket tournament days and Eid holidays — processing may take up to 48 hours.

fiv444 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000 within a 30-day period. This is a regulatory compliance measure and is not a reflection of any suspected wrongdoing on the part of the Player.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses offered by fiv444 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise on the specific promotion page:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

7. Betting Rules & Game Integrity

All bets placed on fiv444 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. In the event of a dispute between the Player and fiv444 regarding bet settlement, fiv444's decision — based on the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA) — shall be final. fiv444 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or any other integrity violation.

For casino games, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). fiv444 partners exclusively with game studios that hold fair-play certifications from recognised independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the theoretical long-term payout of each game.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fiv444 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies intended to exploit promotional terms.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the fiv444 platform or its underlying software.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or account bans.
• Allowing a third party to operate your account on your behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability

fiv444 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, fiv444 does not warrant that the Platform will be free from technical errors, interruptions, or security breaches at all times. fiv444 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to third-party payment services (including bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) beyond fiv444's reasonable control.

In no event shall fiv444's total liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

fiv444 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to fiv444 collecting, storing, and processing your personal data — including your name, mobile number, payment information, and betting history — for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. fiv444 does not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Responsible Gaming

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which fiv444 holds its operating licence. 14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the fiv444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fiv444 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
